Our wireless broadband is very fast and reliable because it uses a special module which is mounted in a high position on each dwelling. The module is about the size of a man's shoe and can be easily attached to the existing television antenae mast. A single cable runs from the module to a wall socket located whereever suitable. The cost of this installation will depend upon the time the installer needs to complete the work and it will vary from house to house. For most houses, the cost should be about $198.00 and we ask you to pay the installer directly. You can employ your own electrician or television antenae installer or you may use one of our recommended installers.

The module we supply is our equipment and is insured. Should it ever break down or become a victim of adverse weather condidtions (such as lightning) it will be replaced.

Purchasers are also be able to choose from more flexible access plan options as required. You can be billed on a quarterly or half-yearly basis giving you more flexibility where download limits are concerned because you are purchasing a bulk amount of data

There is an initial minimum contract period of 12 months with a month by month service thereafter. For FlexiNet's existing dialup and ADSL accounts who choose to transfer to our Wireless Internet Network any balance on their existing dial-up access account or out-of-contract ADSL account can be transferred to their wireless broadband service. Customers can also retain their existing email address and have additional email addresses, depending on the FlexiNet services they subscribe to.
